By accessing the Rubic Creative website to design a logo you agreed to the following terms & conditions to reign over the use of our services through mobile and desktop. You are requested to read these terms & conditions carefully before proceeding further.
Our Revision Policy
We offer our customers a facility of revising their tasks until they are satisfied. The number of revisions depends upon the packages you have selected. However, we do provide unlimited revision at the request of our client and we don’t charge additional bucks for them.
Refund / Money Back Policy
If you are not satisfied with the first draft logo concept and believe that it is absolutely impossible where we can cooperate then we do offer a full refund. But in a situation where we have to proceed towards further revisions then we don’t offer any refund during the process. However, our process is fully functional so we completely comprehend your prerequisites before we start any work.
Supply & Storage Policy
The final file is delivered through email in a zipped folder within 48 hours of the final design approved by the client. We store the file on the server for the period of one month before sending them to the archive. We also re-provide your file within a month for no charges. Logos are provided in (Adobe Illustrator Vector File), JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PSD document designs. We also provide the print-ready PDF files for stationery, flyers, and some other plan materials. We don’t give the source documents.
Order Delivery Policy
All orders are delivered to My Account according to the date indicated on the “Request Confirmation”. However, you will be notified with an email confirming the completion of your task. We deliver all required files and documents to “My Account” as per the date indicated on the “Request Confirmation”.
Record Maintenance Policy
Rubic Creative has the right to keep your finalized design after delivering you the final file. This is due to the fact that if you lost your file or anything comes, we should have something in back to assist you.
